My mom got andrew a remote control helicopter, it's intense

Sometimes I think about the people I hang out with regularly and the
amazing people I've met over the last five or so years, and I feel
like I've gotten to such a great place in my life. Every single person
is motivating and steadfast. I feel like I can talk to any one single
person I've befriended when I'm losing my mind without any
embarassment or self consciousness at all. Maybe it's partly my
mindset, I've got nothing to hide, but I think it has a lot to do also
with the fact that I know such incredible people.
Sometimes it hits hard and I'm so thankful, and so glad, to be what
I've become and to know whom I know.
I appreciate so much.

David came to Richmond for work for a weekend and didn't even hesitate
to say yes when I asked him to to our Christmas photos, regardless of
his super limited time. He's an incredible photographer, and his work
isn't going unnoticed. He took hilarious photos that I will love
forever.

Can't say I'm anything less than totally excited.

This year I got super stoked on putting up my tree and decorating it,
wrapping all the gifts I bought in advance and putting them out.
Ahem...coughcough...the weekend after thanksgiving. Made things feel
so cozy. The blue glow from downstairs is nice, I won't lie.

Ha. Just over 3 years ago I checked out this book I'm rereading now
from the library-I was reading it one night while pocket was keeping
me company and she grabbed the pages and bit into them. It's funny to
come back across something I was inadvertently responsible for
vandalizing after so long.

Welsys new pinto tank paint job

This summer, fishing for catfish across the train tressel at the
pipeline. Everytime you threw your line out you'd reel in a blue cat
almost immeaditely. Weird, first time I ever saw so many crabs this
far upstream on the James. They worked their way above the fall line
even. 14th st bridge marks the start of tidal James, something also
new I learned this summer. So many bikes buried in the mud banks of
the James at low tide, thrown off the 14th st bridge for whatever
reason.
